Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Leesib.com accepts orders placed within the United States.

Unfortunately, We are unable to accept and process orders Internationally at this time. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.

All orders are subject to bank authorizations prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Free shipping will be available to most orders over $50.00 with regular express USPS.

Item Availability

Temporarily Out Of Stock/Backordered Items

If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock or backordered at time of purchase you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date. Be assured you will not be charged for any item that is not shipped, until it is shipped.

Order cancellations

Orders or parts of your order could be cancelled for several reasons.

An item may not be available.

Issue with processing your payment information.

Cancelled due to a customer request.

Product photography

We have worked diligently to provide you with the most accurate product photography. Product photos are used for illustrative purposes. Packaging may differ slightly due to manufacturing, and package contents modifications.

Problems?

If you have an issues regarding products that you have purchased please contact us via email or call us so we can assist you. We are unable to accept returns on any used products. Unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for any items that you wish to return.

Returns & Exchanges

Leesi B excepts unopened purchases to be returned, simply return the unopened product within 12 days from the shipped date. We will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase, please contact us via email, within 12 days of original shipped date. Please note that Leesi B Gift Certificates can not be returned or exchanged.

We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. If you are returning or exchanging a gift please contact us via email.

We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders $50 or more, before tax. All shipments taking advantage of this will be shipped thru www.usps.com. Free shipping is not applicable with any other promotion or offer.
