- Ali’s Smokey Bridal eyes…..
Featured Bride..ALI
Ali wanted a smoldering, smokey eye without her makeup application looking too heavy. I applied the botanical shadow primer all over her lid, then applied Sunstone on the lid, Cats Eye Quartz in the corner, with Peach Quartz under the brow.
Ali’s eye brows are filled in with Taupe Eye Brow Wax. Lips lined with Le Rose Lip liner and Superwear lip Cream in Bridal Rose.
The key to Ali’s look, is the application of the shadows, first applying them generously, then blending with Dolce Vita shadow, for the perfect blend.
Ali and Mike were so adorable, they met in High School and so beautiful to see together….Enjoy the photos.

This month’s featured Bride..Kate.Kate has such a natural gracefulness and elegance. I wanted her makeup to reflect hat by choosing cool and warm tones. It is essential to stay true to your own comfort level with makeup for your Wedding Day.Wedding pictures truly are forever.I always recommend that brides visualize their Wedding Day, the complete look. You want to look like yourself , just a very polished and beautiful. Kate’s Wedding ‘Look” is easy to capture.Dove Grey shadow was applied to her entire lid, along with shadings of Brown Fusion and Dolce Vita Baked Shadows. Her eyes are lined in Black out Gel liner, Gravity gel liner pencil and Libido Gel liner pencil slightly on the outer corners of her eyes. Her cheeks are generously dusted with blush in Pink Quartz. Her lips are lined and lightly filled in with heather lip liner. Socialite lipstick is patted on, to grab the pigment and a touch of Baby Doll Lip Gloss, just in the center of her lips.Kate foundation was airbrushed and Blonde Mineral Powder applied, to set the look.

This month’s Featured bride..Kat!
Kat is a spectacular girl with the most amazing smile. We stayed true to her desire to have not only a flawless finish but a smoldering eye. To achieve this apply a layer of Nouba Nombra Eyeshadow #401 on lid, with an application of Nouba Nombra Eyeshadow #408 in the outer corner. Use Nouba Nombra Eyeshadow #407 for the brow bone. The trick to Kat’s look is the application of the #408. Pat in generously to create a smoldering eye and create definition. Then apply Indelible Gel Eyeliner Black Out, on top and smudge.Underneath, use the Ultimate Gel Eyeliner in Mercury and Gravity. Coat lashes with Nouba Mascarone Carbon Black Mascara. Use Lash Extender in between each coat of mascara. Line lips with Cameo, apply Vintage Plum with lip brush and top with a dab of Luxury Gloss in Mauve Glow.

Wow…..the Wedding season is on fire! The past few months have been a whirlwind of color, tears of joy and new trends. Makeup for Weddings is becoming very streamlined. Today’s Bride is truly designing her wedding to be a reflection of herself and the groom. Bridal makeup should be very defined and have a semi- dewey finish. Make sure even if you are attending as a guest to give your skin that extra glow, especially for evening. After applying all your makeup take a dusting of Colour Tides Shimmering Mineral Powder , it will give your skin just the right amount of sheen.

Thank you to all the brides..I am so very fortunate to be with you on your magical day!

OMGosh you are all in for such fun! These pictures are amazing!
Everything was so bold and colorful, it was inspiring. Enjoy the pictures, too bad I cannot attach a sound bite with Divya’s contagious laugh. We had so much fun!
As we all know it is so hard finding one dress, Divya changed 3 times..
We created a few looks to compliment each dress change.
Enjoy the pictures, they capture only a glimpse of the gorgeous evening.
Her makeup started out with a very defined look and went all out smokey. Divya’s eyes were lined on the outside with Indelible BlackOut gel liner. This product is waterproof , more importantly, tear proof. Divya’s eyes were lined in the inside rim with Coal Powderliner Pencil.
Divya’s started out with 2 simple shadows,Vanilla mineral matte shadow and Mineral Matte shadow Olive Slate. Mineral Matte Olive Slate applied all over low lid and Mineral Matte Vanilla across brow bone. For the smokey eye,
Olive Slate Mineral Matte Shadow all over lid and crease. With a hint of Candy Mineral Matte Shadow along brow bone. Eyeliner doubled up, extra heavy. Her lips were lined with Deep Plum Lip Liner,Nirvana Luxury Lipstick, and
Trophy Wife Liquid Lustre Gloss. To achieve the ultimate smokey eye, 5 different sizes of individual lashes were layered to create a beautiful fan of lashes. Black Mascarone Mascara and she was ready to hit the dance floor.
